Issue of a rule under section 33, sub-section (1), clause (a) of the Cotton Duties Act (XVII of 1894), prescribing the form of the return of cotton yarn produced in any mill situated within the territories administered by the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal, to be delivered to the Collector by the owner of such mill in accordance with the provisions of section 7 of the Act.
