Acceptance by the Government of India of the proposal of H. H. the Lieutenant Government of Bengal should the occasion arise for an enquiry into the working of the Excise administration of the States of Patna, Sonpur and Bamra, it should be made by the Political Agent of the Orissa Tributary States, assisted if necessary by an Officer specially selected by Government.
