Decision to raise the embargo on a Governemnt sevant accepting an inferior post under the Crown in India after having been appointed substantively as a Member of the Governor General`s Executive Council provided that nothing has occurred during the Member`s tenure of the appointment which make it undersirable that he should return to duty in his Service.
