Box Wagons usage-- Precautions on gradients ---Introductions of subsidiary Rules to provide that Box wagons Placed in sidings with a gradients of 1 in 400 must be secured with the same precautions as an ordinary 4 wheeler placed in sidin with 1 in 133 grade and these instructions should be observed more rigidly where the Box wagons are placed on a running line-letters dated 23-6-62 and 30-10-63.
