Decision leave reserve may be provided in the case of workshop staff (Semi-smiled) already brought under the incentive scheme up to the extent of 50% of the existing prescribed percentages in the same grade, in workshops other than Mechanical W/Shops in accordance with the instructions contained in Board's latter No. E/G/62/BB-1 10.4.63 by creating additional leave reserve posts in the semi- skilled grade as and when the existing leave preserve posts against the additional requirements in the normal course
