Proposal of the British Agent at Gilgit that the appointment of military assistant to the British Agent should be abolished, that the Military Munshi should be transferred to the Inspecting Officer, Imperial Service Troops, Kashmir and that the Inspecting Officers allowance should be increased for doing the Military Assistant work in addition to his own.
