Decision that the period of probation at netley undergone by medical officers after passing for the Indian medical service cannot be regarded as absence from India before entry into Govt service for the purposes of clause (III) (b) of the General principles issued under the letter from the Govt. of India finance Deptt. no.3457-E., n-the 31st July, 1899.
