Question whether a probationer in the Indian Audit and Accounts Service should be broght on to the initial pay on the regular time-scale on his confirmation before the expiry of two years of probation. Decision that probationers should be confirmed only after they have passed the second departmental examination and the full probationary period of two years, and that the initial pay cannot be drawn before that period.(Case of Mr.G. Mathias).
