Abolition of the Guna Jail; discharge of the jail establishment ; transfer of the jail building to the Officer Commanding the Central India Horse; proposal to strengthen the Gwalior Residency office establishment from consequent savings; and confinement in the Bajramgarh Jail in Gwalior of persons sentenced to imprisonment by the Officer Commanding at Guna, their maintenance charge being recovered from the States to which they belong and paid to the Gwalior State.
