Supply to the Hon`ble Lt. Malik Umar Hayat Khan C.I.E., of a copy of the remarks made by Sir H. MacMohan on his Services in connection with the visit of H. M. the Amir to India. Request by him for the Supply of copies of certain papers and recommendations which got him the C.I.E., refused.
