Sanction accorded as a special case , to the transfer of a frw officers and men from the Kashmir Imperial Service Troops to the 40th Bengal Infantry and to the men`s service in the former regiment counting towards good conduct pay and pension the cost of pensions being divided between the Kashmir Darbar and the Government of India according to the rule of proportions.
