Addition to Section II of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1882 (Act XIV of 1882), as applied to the areas under the jurisdiction of the Resident at Hyderabad, so as to enable the Resident to exempt the Subjects of the Nizam, in particular, from the jurisdiction of the British Courts established in those areas.
