In reply to No. 85, dated 27th ultimo, regarding the presence of certain Burmese refugees in Prome, requests him to keep a careful watch over these men, and on the first indication of mischief, cause their removal to a distance from the frontier. Observes that refugees should not be allowed to reside close to the border of the country from which they have fled.
