States that Mr. Poston asks for such official recognition as may permit his visiting such parts of India as he may wish and obtaining such information from Government officials as may further the object of his Mission. States that they wish to wait on the Secretary and the Viceroy to explain the Object of the Mission and obtain sanction thereto.
