Statement prepared for the Descentralization Committee of referencs made by Local Govt. to the Govt. of India during 1906 on the subject of Legislation for areas under British Jurisdiction in Native States. Proposal that the power and Jurisicition Execised by the Govt. of Bombay over the Native States in that Presiency may also be extended & other Local Govt.
