With reference to communicaio No. 1295 dated 13th Sep. 1869, exempts the sumpturay allowance of Rupes 50 per mensem drawn by the Agent of the Raja of Sikkim form the provisions of the Income Tax Act; and genrally exempts all allowances of an official charachter made to agents or representatives of foreign States as such from the Provisions of that Act.
