Grant of lower Indian titles to-certain Gentlemen of Bengal on the 1st January 1924. Bengal informed that a ratio of 2 to 3 has to maintained between the Bahadur and Sahib titles. Decision that none but the holders of Doctorate are entitled to be described as Doctor in the Gazette notification.
