With reference to Resolution of Government in this Department, No.1731, dated the 21st February 1866, requests sanction for assigning the duties of Public Prosecutor at Bombay to the Government Solicitor, by allowing him a salary of Rs.500 per mensem for the additional duty, or Rs.2,500 per month for both.
