Submits, for consideration and orders of the Governor General in Council, proposition for the provision of a residence for a Joint Magistrate whom it has been found desirable to post at Bhynsha, in the Goruckpore District, and solicits sanction to an expense not exceeding from Rupees seven to eight thousand on account of the erection of a bungalow at Bhynsaha.
