In transmitting to you the accompanying Roll of Armor Bearer who has been found permanently unfit for his duties as supernumerary wife in consequence of the Enclosed Statement of his case marked No. 1 & 2. I am desired to submit to his Excellency the Right Hon'ble the Governor in Council, the expediency of placing him on the Pension of the Military Allowances in consideration of the services of his being a Native Doctor of the 3rd Class.
