In reply to letter No. 60, dated 22nd November, 1862, declines to entertain the application from certain Judges of the High Court to be allowed to count their periods of service as Judges of the late Sudder Court, as a portion of the time entibling them to furlough and pension under the rules forwarded with Despatch No. 37, dated 15th May, 1862.
