With reference to his despatch No. 50, dated 4th July, transmits a Resolution o the Secretary of State in Council dated 21st idem relative to the salaries of the Chief Justice and other Judges of the High Court, which he requests may be substituted for the Rule on the same subject transmitted with his Despatch No. 37, dated 16th May, 1862.
