Proposed amendment of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Order 18, Rules 8 and 14), and of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, so as to permit specially empowered courts to dictate evidence in open Court to a stenographer or typist without making any memorandum of the same.
