Payment to the Roorkee Municipality of Rs. 260/- on account of the circumstances and property tax levied by the Municipality on Major E. Bradney,D.S.O., R.E., Military Adviser, Indian State Sappers. Decision that in future the payment of the tax should be made from the contingent grant of the Military Adviser.
