In reply to Foreign letter No. 6, dated 8th March approves appointment of Mr. D Fitzpatrick on a special allowance of Rs. 400, a month in addition to his pay of Rs. 600, per mensem, as an Assistant Commissioner of the 2nd Class to protect the interests of Government in certain important corresponding in the Civil Courts at Delhi.
