In continuation of Despatch No. 28, dated 27th November 1888, forwards further reports relative to the working of the Indian Factories Act of 1881, and conveys the views of the Government of India as to the points in which that Act requires amendment.

The National Archives of India is on a mission to digitize and make available online each and every record in its repositories. This is an ongoing effort and some records will be made available before the others.
