Transmits a Bill to amend the law for the prevention of adulteration of cotton, and for the suppression of fraudulent practices in the cotton trade, which has been passed by the Bombay Legislature and submitted for the assent of the Governor General, together with a memorial from the Poona Sarvajanik Sabha praying that such assent may be withheld.
