With reference to Lord Cranbrook`s Despatch No. 13, dated 17th July 1879, Solicits, for the reason urged, that the scheme prepared by the Government of Bengal for the establishment of Divisional Appellate Benches may be reconsidered and that early sanction may be accorded to that scheme being proceeded with on lines suggested.
