Prohibition against the importation into China by British subjects and others of arms and ammunition of war and material for their manufacture instructions to the Govt. of Burma not to exercise until further notice the authority under the Indian Arms Rules of 1910 to issue license for the export of arms etc., across the land frontier into China.
