Decision of the Government of India that the analyses required for the Northern India Salt Department should, in ordinary cases arising in the various Provinces and in Rajputana, be performed by the Provincial Chemical Examiners, the Chemical Examiner, Bengal, being referred to only in specially difficult and important cases.
