Despatch to the Secretary of State, from the Government of Bombay, stating, with reference to paragraph 4 of Lord Cranbrook`s despatch No. 27 (Statistics and Commerce), dated 13th June 1878, that the only statistics available regarding small-pox are those published in the Sanitary Commissioner`s annual reports.
