Transmission of telegraphic reports regarding the prevalence of plague, cholera or small-pox to the Military authorities by Deputy Commissioners and Collectors in Darjeeling and Darbhanga districts in Bengal and transmission of these reports to them by Sanitary Commissioners in other Provinces. Discontinuance of the submission of telegraphic reports regarding the prevalence of these three diseases to the General Officers Commanding Kohat, Bannu and Dera Ismail Khan Brigades.
