Decision that the order regarding the discontinuance of the submission of reports of purchases of arms and ammunition made by Native Chiefs and Notables of Native States to the Government of India do not affect the previous Home Department orders under which reports of such purchases had to be made to District Magistrate or Political officers by dealers in Arms.
