the issue of add firearms, the demand for first issue of the extra weapons should be addressed to the Director of Ordnance Stores, Simla, and (3) that when the Govt. of India by special order authorize the issue of addl. firearms the sanction must be quoted in all demands on the Ordnance Dept.
