Rejection of the recommendation of the Chief Commissioner, Central Provinces, that the existing exemptions under the Arms Act, which are enjoyed by persons in the Central Provinces, as a personal privilege under serial No. 15(a) of Schedule I of the Inai Arms Rules, 1909, be continued for the life time of the present holders.
