Rejection of a memorial from one Mahadeo or Madho Shastri, a Political pensioner at present residing at Benares, praying for a revision of the orders of the Chief Commissioner, Central Provinces refusing (1) to Sanction a higher pension than Rs. 100/- on his behalf and (2) to recognise a claim for the continuance of the pension beyond the petitioner`s life-time.
