Sanction of the Secretary of State to the grants made by the Government of the United Provinces to the Salvation Army from 1914-15 to 1918-19 for the reclamation of the criminal tribes and to the proposal that the limit upto which the local Government may make such grants may be raised until further orders to Rs. 1 lakh per annum.
