Decision that interest at the rate of 8 per cent per annum shall be charged on overdue installments of interest or of principal and interest on Loans made by Government. Amendment of Rule VI-28 (8) of the rules published with resolution No. 361, E.A. dated the 24th July 1916, and of Rule 15(2) of rules framed under the local Authorities loans Act, 1914, so as to raise the rate of interest on overdue installments of interest or of principal and interest on loans made by government to 8 per cent per annum.
