Sanction to the proposal to grant certain concessions to members of the Burma Military Police, namely (a) free issues of kits to recruits on joining the force, (b) increase of the annual clothing allowance from Rs.12 to Rs.16, and (c) the abolition of 5 per cent. transit charges on clothing paid by the sepoy in addition to the actual cost of the articles supplied to him.
