Recommendation made by the Govt. of Bombay that Mr.T.J.B.Thatcher, a Police Probationer in that Presidency, should be exempted from the rule and permitted to draw acting allowance with retrospective effect from the 15th April 1890, instead of the 15th September 1890, as ordered by this Department.
