Grant of certain concessions to clerical establishments of the Government of India Secretariats who may be deputed to Delhi during the cold weather of 1913-14 with a view to induce them not to take their families to Delhi. Request of Mr.S.I.Saul, a shorthand writer in the Legislative Department, that the condition which requires that an officer, in order to be eligible for the Delhi lump sum grant, must have drawn house -rent allowance at Simla at the family rate during the current Simla season, may be waived in his favour.
