Grant to the office establishment of the Director, Criminal Intelligence, of allowances for their stay at Delhi during the season 1913-14 at two-thirds of the rate sanctioned for 1912-13. Grant of family traveling allowance to those clerks of the Director, Criminal Intelligence's Office whose families traveled with them from Simla to Delhi and back during the last cold weather.
