Orders regarding the grant, in certain circumstances, of lump sum allowances to men forming part of the Camp offices at Delhi during the winter months of 1917-18. Orders that members of this Department drawing separation allowance by residing with their family outside the environs of Delhi should not, in future, be considered eligible for the Delhi lump sum allowance
