Delegation of authority to the Government of Burma to sanction the payment to an officer, transferred for the Public convenience, of half the amount by which his actual expenses incurred on account of road transport in cases which involve long journeys by road, exceed the amount admissible to him under the Civil Service Regulations. Refusal to grant authority to sanction the payment of the full amount of the excess in such cases.
