Proposal that Military Officers who have held either the appointments of Foreign Secretary or Chief Commissioner, N. W. Frontier Province, may, subject to certain condition, be permitted to draw in addition to their ordinary Military Pensions a special Civil Pension of, 250, pound, per annum.
