Decisions that Mr. G.T.Wrafters transfer to foriegn service under the Bhopal Darbar shoulfd be held to have actually commenced from the date after the expiry of his privilege leave ie the 30th May 1921 and that the pay and pensionary contribution for the period of his transit should be borne by the Bhopal Darbar.
