RECALL FROM LEAVE.Decision that in cases where an officer compulsorily recalled from leave out of India is transferred to an authority or Government after than that from which he proceeded on leave the changes necessitated by his compulsory recall namely the cost of passage pay during the period of transit and travelling allowance from the past of debarkation to the station where he resumes his duties, should be borne by the authority or the Government which he precedes to join on compulsory recall.(Case of Captain D.G.
