Grant of special travelling allowance to the staff of the United Provinces Secretariat, the staff of the Private Secretary to the Lieutenant-Governor, United Provinces, and to the Council Stenographers attached to Secretaries to the local Government on the occasion of the annual moves of Government from and to the Summer Headquarters.
