Decision that the European officers in Burma, who are entitled to 3and 1/2 months privilege leave under the exception to Article 251, Civil Service Regulations, May obtain 3 months additional leave or 6and 1/2 months in all, under the concession sanctioned in the Finance Deptt. Letter No.168-C. S. R., dated the 24th February 1919.
