Retierd distribution list of officers using the Civil Cypher system . Variation in system to come into force from 1st June 1915. Decision that the Home Deptt. and the Supdt. Port Blair, should destry all documents regarding to the Civil cypher system , as the letter has been supplied with a copy of the Indian Foreign Office Cypher Code .
